Refunds

BrainyWorkbook is a digital product from Brainy Darts Technology Private Limited. ₹999 one-time per class, per child, for 1 year. The first 3 chapters of every subject are free. There is no physical workbook and nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back.

You are charged when you take access for 1 year for a class for one child, starting on the payment date. Each class is bought separately. It does not auto-renew. One-time payment, valid for 1 year, does not renew automatically. You only pay again if you choose to buy access for another 1 year or another class. The free chapters do not need a payment.

To ask about a payment, email info@brainydarts.com from the address on the parent account. Include your child's class. We reply within 1–2 working days (India).

If a payment was taken in error, or the 1 year of access you paid for did not open, email us and we refund that charge.

Access for 1 year that is already open — your child can practise the chapters in that class — is the fee for that 1 year. We do not refund unused time on that 1 year once it has been provided, except where Indian law requires it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. In India the credit usually appears in 5–7 working days. Some banks take up to 10 working days.
